Since I was a child, I have always been fascinated by surgerical procedures, the anatomy of a body, the sound of music and vocals, nature - the plants and animals - and the world of spirit!
Just how they fit together is a mystery but one that unfolds as life unfolds. Today, I am still fascinated by how the universe works but most especially how the physical body is a miracle of healing and transformation through which Spirit works.
I think we all have those moments in our life where we question, is this all there is; why all the struggle; for what? why are we here? Mankind's search for the meaning of life is as old as life itself! Through my search, I have found the alternative healing modalities which I am trained in and are described in this web site, as well as educating myself on many different ways of thinking and "being". The most effective and remarkable being Spiritual Response Therapy.
Did you know that when receiving a massage, the stimulus to the tissues brings to the surface feelings and emotions we have held on to; which is why some people go through an emotional release while on the table. Our cells contain memories of all the experiences we have ever had and massage but more effectively, spiritual healing will help the tissues to remember and release the issue stored there in order to prevent the issue from creating a situation which could develop into any number of dis-eases. Look at the word, TISSUE – remove the T and what do you have: ISSUE – literally, the issue is inside the tissues!
The goal of holistic or alternative healing therapies is to bring the body back into a state of homeostasis, or balance. But the body is only one part of the equation. We are the physical manifestation of our etheric bodies (or aura), of which there are many composing the totality of who we truly are: Spiritual Beings. By assisting the etheric bodies into balance, the physical body is then able to transform what is perceived as a negative issue or dis-ease into a positive issue, returning to perfect health. Therapeutic grade essential oils are highly effective forms of plant consciousness which when engaged through our intentions, bring about miracles within the cells of our bodies as well as our consciousness.
Most of science, in its early stages, came from what was originally perceived as magic. When humans don't understand something or can't physically see something within our 3-D world, we have a tendancy to dismiss it as magic or unbelievable or nonsense. We want proof. Isn't it funny that we are so quick to believe in our religions?
Stories are passed down generation after generation, becoming truth to those willing to accept it as such. But when it comes to health, humans trust what the majority says is truth, without proof, without listening to their own bodies and listening and feeling with their heart.
Einstein and others were thought of as quacks in their day; now he is considered a genius. For example, some people today remember how to see beyond their 3-D vision, beyond the physical world, into the ethers, into what is really truth. The majority doesn't understand this and criticize those who do see. The good news is that more and more people are opening up and believing - without proof - because our spirit is truth and truth recognizes all that has existence.
Jesus said 'you will do these things and more' - what do you suppose he meant? I believed and have seen proof of some of what we are capable of. This is what this experience on Earth is about, remembering and relearning how to access all of our abilities (gifts, I like to call them), and to love each other as one. We were created from love, in the name of love, and we are love.
We all come from the same source; we are energy and we live in a sea of energy that affects everything in our daily lives. Where do you think the hundredth monkey theory came from? A thought from one person goes out and travels on the energy waves within our atmosphere and is picked up by another person, and another person, etc., because the information is there and is accessible for everyone and by everyone.
The energy of love has a specific vibration which can transform the vibration of any and all energy from a perceived negative into a positive. Whether its the children screaming in the next room, the dog barking incessantly, or a hurricane approaching land, if you send the vibration of love from your heart into the situation, it will be transformed - try it! Know that everything is in divine order.
When a person receives energy from someone who is operating from a point of love, from their heart, without trying to influence the outcome of the treatment with personal agendas, the physical and etheric bodies utilize this energy in ways that are specific to that client's needs. The most profound way to enable transformation is to be in a state of heart awareness and be the conduit for the energy of the universe/spirit/soul/god to move through you.
I believe my purpose is to help people to activate their own natural healing abilities and remember what we have forgotten - that we can transcend all dis-ease, misperception and false beliefs.
Since I attended massage school, I have assimilated so much information, with each piece leading me into another direction along another path. If we just look for the breadcrumbs (as a wise teacher once told me), we will be lead along the right path. Ask for the next piece of your divine blueprint and it will be shown to you. The right path for each individual is their own divine experience with no two experiences being alike.
The beauty of life is change and if we can learn from the changes, we will have gone down the most appropriate path for our growth on all levels.
I have had many wonderful teachers along the way and it seems like a long way even though I graduated from massage school in 1998. Teachers come in many forms and appear in our lives when we least expect it or can understand at the time. Sometimes we need to reflect to appreciate the teachers we have had; from our family, through school, through work, through friendships and relationships, and through the animals and plants and also spirit.
Keep the energy in motion by picking up the breadcrumbs, being open to change, open to receiving and giving, and you will move forward in your life, in your experiences and your growth will affect your whole being and your life in every way as well as the life of those around you.
